I went to Kelburn to get help with PTSD and Addiction. At Kelburn the daily one to one sessions and various other daily sessions taught me how to cope and ground myself when my symptoms started. The expectation is the client will make the effort and do the work. The staff was always there when I needed support and I will forever be grateful for their care.
